Judy Dorchester (Born unknown) is a British Witch and an escaped prisoner of Azkaban prison.
Once the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot, Judy Dorchester was prevalent and highly trusted by the Ministry of Magic, granted power and influence unlike most others around her. As the head of the Wizengamot, she was able to position herself on the Hogwarts Board of Governors, where she was able to embellish her personal vision of creating an army of witches and wizards to overthrow the entity known as the Umbra, her alleged boss.
She successfully seized the castle in 2023, and claimed the position of Headmistress, until the Last Convocation, where her terror came to an end, and she was captured, put on trial, and later sentenced to life in Azkaban prison. It was revealed in January 2026, by the Daily Prophet, that she had escaped, thereby becoming the nations Undesirable Num. 1.
