'Aphelbaum' Picklebottom (b. Unknown) was the Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry before the appointment of Madame Hightower. He ascended to Minister for Magic for many years, till 2023 when he announced his formal resignation in the aftermath Judy Dorchesters imprisonment.
